Shipping and Payment Information

A. SHIPPING INFORMATION

We generally ship only to addresses within Germany and Austria. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is carried out via UPS or DHL. The applicable shipping costs vary depending on weight and product class. (Product Class A: €9.90; Product Class B: €15.00)

I. Product Classes

For shipping particularly bulky, heavy or valuable items, different shipping fees may apply, which we specify individually for each product on the order page during the sales process. For this reason, we have divided our products into different product classes.

Product Class A: Steering wheel, Uniball, hood holders

Product Class B: Seats, brakes

II. Delivery time to Germany and Austria:

The delivery time for products is 3–4 business days. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If an item is exceptionally not in stock or not immediately available and delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be specifically indicated on the respective product page.

In the list below you will find delivery times for shipping to other countries, which must be added to the delivery time stated for the respective item.

Germany: 0 days
Austria: 2 days

If you order several items with different delivery times in one order, we will ship the goods in multiple partial shipments depending on availability, each according to the delivery times stated for the respective item. No additional shipping costs will be charged.

INFORMATION ON CALCULATING THE DELIVERY DATE

For advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank, or for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such day.

II. Delivery time outside Germany and Austria:

If you wish shipping to another country, please send us an email (info@tikt.de) or call +49 (0) 8036 9084125 and tell us the item, quantity and delivery address including country and postal code. We will then promptly inform you whether shipping to the desired country is possible and, if applicable, inform you of shipping costs and delivery times, as we must first check shipping options and costs with our shipping partner.

Right of Withdrawal

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & WITHDRAWAL FORM

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

EXCLUSION OR EARLY EXPIRY OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

GENERAL NOTES

Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. If possible, return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
Please note that the aforementioned points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Description

Stage 1 plus 20 billet-machined suspension components. Geometry engineered to match the width.

A widebody conversion that only changes the exterior is only half a conversion. The wheel moves outward, but the suspension doesn’t change – and its geometry continues to operate around the factory track width.

Stage 2 changes that. Added to the complete Stage 1 carbon package is a 20-piece suspension package that positions the tire contact patches where they belong for the wider track. Not just by adding spacers between the hub and wheel, but through redesigned mounting points, control arms, and axle components.

On the track, the difference is immediate. Scrub radius and steering leverage remain in the range the steering system was designed for, helping preserve clean feedback under braking rather than compromising it with an extended lever arm. The camber curve follows the suspension travel, helping maintain an effective tire contact patch under lateral load.

The control-arm components are machined from solid billet, not cast or welded. Under substantial longitudinal and lateral loads, the material structure and machining precision of these highly loaded mounting points matter.

Stage 2 is also offered with a German parts approval certificate (Teilegutachten).

Notes

Wheels: Factory wheels can be used with Stage 2 and 15 mm spacers. Stage 3 is the option for customers who want to eliminate spacers entirely.

Installation: We recommend installation at TIKT Performance, since proper alignment is essential to the purpose of the package. Suspension geometry cannot deliver its intended result if the vehicle is not measured and set up correctly.
